HMA Monomers Higher Methacrylates
A range of Higher Methacrylates, including Isobutyl Methacrylate (iBMA), Ethyl Methacrylate (EMA) and 2-Ethyl Hexyl Methacrylate (2-EHMA) are available.
MAA Monomers Methacrylic acid
MAA is formed via the acetone cyanohydrin (ACH) route to manufacturing MMA and is used in many applications, which include the production of aluminum can coatings, automotive coatings, exterior food packaging, cement modifiers, NBR latex for disposable synthetic rubber gloves and in vinyl ester resins.

nBMA Monomers n-Butyl Methacrylate
nBMA is formed from the transesterification of MMA and is used in exterior decorative paints, automotive, wood finishes, specialty coatings and textiles where it provides durability, UV and moisture resistance as well as improved solvent solubility to the resin.

Acrycon™
PMMA
ACRYCON bead polymer from Mitsubishi Chemical have exceptional properties that are ideal for many applications. When mixed into a viscous syrup with methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer, ACRYCON bead polymers can be molded to produce a variety of products. ACRYCON may be used with various molds, such as metal and silicone. Cast molding of ACRYCON is completed by adding heat and pressure to achieve the desired characteristics of the finished product.

Acrylic Powder for Castings
ACRYCON bead polymer is mixed into viscous "syrup" with methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer and molded in various ways to produce a variety of products. Cast molding is done typically with added heat and pressure depending on the desired characteristics of the finished product, and ACRYCON may also be used with various molds, such as metal and silicone. Higher mechanical strength can be achieved with the autoclave method.
Lucite®
PMMA
Lucite has high quality acrylic resins for castings and embedment that allow for excellent gloss and sparkle as well as crystal clear optics. Lucite PMMA have very high surface abrasion resistance and hardness to protect products for years. In addition, these resins have outstanding UV light stability and excellent resistance to water and dilute acids.

Synthetic Wax
A synthetic copolymer of α-olefin and maleic anhydride and an ideal solution for a variety of applications. DIACARNA provides superior dispersibility than natural or other synthetic additives due to its polar maleic anhydride group and outstanding resistance to thermal degradation in high-temperature applications. DIACARNA is an ideal compatibility accelerator to facilitate the mixing of non-polar and polar species.
METABLEN ™
Performance Additives
METABLEN is a family of performance additive modifiers developed by Mitsubishi Chemical. By adding a small quantity of METABLEN to various resins, you can improve and increase their impact strength and processability as well as further improve the characteristics, appearance, and productivity of their final products. METABLEN can be added to a wide variety of resins, including PVC and engineering plastics as well as polyolefines and epoxy resins.
Yoshinox™
Phenolic Anti-Oxidant Resin Additive
Yoshinox is a phenolic antioxidant used as a resin additive or resin chemical. It has excellent weather resistance as well as excellent viscosity stability with little discoloration. It can be used for ABS resins and latex as well as for PVC.

Hostaphan™ Polyester Films with modified COF
Hostaphan® polyester film products are available with a modified surface to impact Coefficient of Friction (COF): low COF to improve handling and processing around forming collars in FFS equipment; high COF (blocks) to reduce bag movement in palletized ‘big bag’ applications for lawn care and pet food. Modified surface films with differential topography are available for use in vinyl and urethane casting.

The Mitsubishi DIANAL™ LP series acrylic resin powders from Mitsubishi Chemical have a proprietary formulation that is ideal for production of plastisols. Toner
DIACRON™ polyester toner resins from Mitsubishi Chemical have very low energy usage and high-speed fusing, which offers great molecular weight control. The DIACRON™ color toner is non-magnetic, providing great durability. These resins have good anti-hot offset properties as well as good dispersion of ester wax.
